Concession Managers Needed

We are in need of volunteer parents to be Concession Managers.  The duties of a Concession Manager are listed below.

• Arrive 30 minutes before stand opens. 
• Turn on fryer, grill, warmers, etc.
• Start cooking hamburgers & hot dogs. 
• Count the money and put in cash box, or cash register. 
• Give Parents jobs when they report to work. 
• Complete the opening and closing duties of the Parent and Manager check list.
• Make sure everything on the closing checklist is done
• Count the money.
• Lock up the Concession Stand.
