Team
Parent Meeting
This
season's Team Parent Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 18th
beginning at 7 p.m. at the Glen Allen Community Center. Each
team must have a representative present at this meeting.
Sock and Belt Orders
Team
orders for socks and belts can be emailed to Scott Farrar from Dixie
Sports at
SFarrar@dixiesport.com. Please remember that GAYAA
does not pay for socks and belts. Each team that orders socks
and belts from Scott will need to pay him in full when they pick up
their orders. Please make checks payable to Dixie Sports.
Scott will be at RF&P Field #3 on 03/31 from 7:00 until 8:00 for
order pickup.
Pants Orders
Please email Larrie Tutwiler at
larrie.tutwiler@comcast.net
a list of pants sizes needed for each player on your teams.
Please just include the sizes and qty for each size in the email.
All youth pants will be elastic waist gray pants and all adult size
pants are belted gray pants. The pickup time for pants orders will
be provided at a later date.
