GAYAA will refund the registration fee minus the following processing fee for all refund requests.

Fall Ball - $10.00

Basketball - $15.00

Baseball - $15.00

Softball - $15.00

Refund requests must be made one week before the start of the season for Fall Ball or one week before the tryout date for Baseball, Basketball, and Softball. Requests for refunds made after these times will only be granted for injuries or special circumstances.

All requests for refunds must be emailed to refunds@glenallensports.com.

Please include the following information in the email:

  Player Name

  Parent Name

  Mailing Address

  Phone Number

Any refund request that does not have the above information, will not be processed.
