Membership Requirements
Glen Allen registers children for the various sports at selected times through out the year. Registration for the Basketball season opens in July for the upcoming season. Registration for the Softball/Baseball season opens in October for the upcoming season. In-person registration takes place one night during December and one night during January.
The standard
registration fees are $95 per player, with a maximum of $190 per family. If your registration is after our late fee is imposed, then no late fee will be waived. You will be required to pay the late fees even if those fees cause you to go over the family maximum of $190. Beginning in 2009, for the Spring Baseball/Softball season, all area Babe Ruth and Ripken Baseball associations will be permitted to register new players, within their boundaries only. Boundary restrictions will not apply to Fall Ball or Basketball registration. Click here to see the current GAYAA boundaries.
When participating in all Glen Allen
leagues, you agree to return all issued equipment and uniforms as
requested, work the concession stand as assigned, and agree to
participate in the approved fundraiser.
